Welcome to Iron Rose K9 Inc. Iron Rose K9 is 100% veteran owned and specializes in all phases of Patrol, Narcotics detection and Explosives detection. We are certain to meet all of your on-going monthly training needs as well as new additions to your unit. Iron Rose K9 imports only the finest European bred canines.

The Master Trainers and Trainers with Iron Rose K9 have over 100 years of experience in training police canines consisting of retired and current handlers of police working dogs. 

Located in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, Iron Rose K9 conducts on-going monthly in-service training for current working teams in Explosive detection, Narcotics detection as well as all Patrol areas.

OUR CANINES

Many police agencies prefer German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois or Dutch Shepherds. Iron Rose K9 imports only the finest canines directly from Europe. Depending on your needs, other breeds are also available such as retrievers which perform very well as single purpose narcotics or explosive detectors. Each dog is thoroughly evaluated by our staff and guaranteed not to develop any physical defects for one year.

$1,500 per academy week

Canine must be evaluated by our staff prior to academy commencement for acceptance into our program.

K9 TEAM TRAINING

We have four narcotics, explosives, patrol, patrol & narcotics or patrol & explosives programs to choose from. These are complete programs with no hidden costs.

-        Patrol or Patrol & Narcotic detection – 5 weeks

-        Narcotics detection – 5 weeks

-        Explosives detection – 6 weeks

-        Patrol & Explosives detection – 11 weeks

Tracking may be added to single purpose Narcotics or Explosive canines for $950.00

With our programs, the following items are included in the package price of the canine:

-        Canine, no more than 24 months old with health and shot records. 1-year warranty on health and 90-day warranty on work ability.

-        National and academy school certifications*

Basic equipment package is available for an additional charge of $1,175. The listed equipment is mandatory for basic academy.

*Membership in North American Police Work Dog Association are required for valid national team certification. For membership in NAPWDA, the first-year membership fee is included. Monthly maintenance in-service training is also available for currently working teams in Patrol, Narcotics detection and Explosive detection. These sessions are overseen by nationally accredited Master Trainers, Trainers or certified police canine instructors. Monthly maintenance in-service training is available for $80.00 per session. For canines not purchased or trained by Iron Rose K9 Inc., canine must be evaluated by our staff prior to this training commencement for acceptance into our program.
